Once I book, where do our meetings take place?
All meetings with clients take place on Google Meet – we love some virtual face-to-face interaction.
How will I keep track of the progress of my project while working with Heuss Design?
All projects are managed in Asana. We pride ourselves on keeping our projects as up to date as possible and communicating regularly with our clients.
What’s the process of working with Heuss Design look like?
Once we decide to work together, our team will send over a proposal, contract and deposit to hold your spot. We will then have our strategy session to learn about your values and vision so we can translate it into your branding and/or website.
From there, Heuss Design will get to work on a creative direction for your project for your approval. And once that is secured, we will create a single concept design for you to review. From there we edit until your brand and/or website feels just right and can grow with your business for years to come.
How long will it take to design my brand and/or website with Heuss Design?
Brand projects typically take between four and eight weeks. Websites are between eight and 16 weeks.
I have some branding that I love. Can Heuss help make it even better?
We typically only work on brands we have created, but this is open to exceptions from time to time. We evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
